The location was quiet and quaint. Close to shopping and restaurants. The house is really cute and well furnished. The hosts were responsive with any questions and checked in periodically. The only concern was the air conditioning. I totally understand having the thermostat locked at a specific temperature (74 degrees Fahrenheit) but when it is 90 degrees outside , I would have liked the ability to make it cooler but I would definitely stay there again

The house met my family’s standards, It was absolutely beautiful and cozy. I enjoyed the warm welcoming feeling of the house. My kids enjoyed the golf cart and the hot tub, both were wonderful and clean. Over all it’s a great home located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach. Definitely would return!

I was in town with my family for a wedding. This was a perfect location. Very close to campus and all our activities. The beds were comfortable. There were ample linens in every bathroom and the showers worked well. It was great that every bedroom has its own bathroom. We had plenty space for everyone to hang out as well as prepare for the festivities. Communication was excellent. Very timely and personable.

We loved our experience staying here. The house was very clean when we checked in. Everything was up to par. The golf cart was helpful going to the beach and back and the hot tub was a big plus. No issues checking in or out and the renter was very accommodating and checked up on multiple occasions to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely stay here again.
