Kelsey's place was perfect for my husband, myself and our 2 children. The place was clean and had beautiful large windows with a view. It was so relaxing and welcoming. The golf cart made it so convenient to get to the beach. The beach was so nice and not crowded at all. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and neighbors were friendly. The amenities were great and the host was very nice and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Thanks again for sharing your home!

Beautiful home. It was very clean and as described. We enjoyed using the golf cart to visit the nearby beach and relaxing in the hot tub. Kelsey was very quick to respond when I needed her and was very friendly even though I overlooked some of the instructions in the manual. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. This was a beautiful home and I hope to return the next time I’m in Galveston.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. Extremely clean, soft sheets, comfortable bed, wonderful towels. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the location as it's away from all the action. Quiet neighborhood. Cooper Landing was a great restaurant.

Kelsey's home was perfect for our stay at Indian Beach. You could see the ocean from the house and the neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors. The golf cart is a great amenity to go not only to the beach but also the West Bay. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and games in the garage. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, plates and utensils so that we could cook. The sunrise was awesome through the front windows and also both decks. The laundry room had a few pods available so we could do a couple loads during our short stay. The beds were comfortable and sturdy. Kelsey was available when needed and communicated throughout our stay.

We had a wonderful stay!! The house was exactly as described. The house was very clean, well stocked, and the beds were incredibly comfy. I really appreciated the house manual that had all the info we needed on everything so that we didn’t have to keep asking questions. We loved the big open space in front of the house, plenty of room for our kids to run around. And the views of the beach in the distance were incredible! The porch was a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee! The host, Kelly was quick to respond and very friendly! We hope to be back again soon!

Fantastic, relaxing stay at this beautiful beach house! Had everything we needed and more. The golf cart was extra fun, and made heading to the beach with kids and stuff in tow so easy. So peaceful to have the master bedroom (and its gorgeous tub!) upstairs. And what a gift that the house faces the ocean view, with a wall of windows to see the sun rise and set each day. Loved it all!

We loved our stay! The house was very clean and relaxing. The beds were comfortable and the layout of the house was perfect for our family of 5. The waffle and coffee bar setups were so nice and my family enjoyed them both. The outside area was amazing and the garage is packed full of everything you would need to have an amazing time at the beach including a golf cart and kayaks. We didn’t stay long enough to use everything provided but this is the only Airbnb we’ve stayed at that provided so many things at no extra cost beyond the rental. They truly have done a wonderful job and we would love to return in the future. Thank you!

Great Christmas vacation, right on the beach. It’s roomy and comfy!

We stayed at the Peacock Cabana just before Christmas this year and had a wonderful stay! Everything was just like the pictures online and a great location from the beach. The golf cart to drive over was a great perk to this house. We loved it! Traveling with a toddler can be difficult but the house came with stroller, high chair and pack and play to use. We turned the master closet into his own bedroom for the perfect sleeping space! And my daughter was able to make cookies & brownies with her grandmas in the kitchen using the pans provided with the house. We would absolutely book again for another trip! Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Peacock Cabana! The home was spotless, comfortable, and very spacious, with so many thoughtful touches throughout. Our family especially loved the private hot tub — we spent several evenings out there together. The golf cart made getting to and from the beach a breeze, and we appreciated all the extras like boogie boards, beach toys, and board games. Kelsey also goes above and beyond with the kitchen setup — there’s a full coffee bar, a waffle maker with mix, and plenty of other basics. (Pro tip: read the manual she sends before check-in — we bought coffee, waffles, syrup, creamer, and sweeteners, not knowing they were already provided!) We did experience a brief electrical issue due to an island brownout, but Kelsey was immediately responsive and had someone out to fix it within an hour or two. Things happen, and what matters most is how a host handles it — and she handled it wonderfully. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend

If I could rate 10 stars, I would. The house was exactly as shown in the photos. My entire family had a wonderful stay! We appreciated all of the little details that made it feel like home, and it was an extra bonus to be able to use the golf cart to drive back and forth to the beach. Everything we needed for the beach was already provided so we didn't need to bring chairs or toys. The house was so clean and tidy but also cozy. We will definitely stay here again!!

This home had every we needed to enjoy our long weekend at the beach. The golf cart made trips to and from the beach a breeze and we got use of the outdoor spaces, loved the hot tub and the multiple decks. The house itself was very clean and had everything we needed to feel right at home. My kids and I had a great nights sleep each night and they loved having tvs in their bedrooms. I would book here again without hesitation!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. It is a great location with ocean views and easy beach access. It is clean, well kept and well furnished. We did not use the hot tub, but we did use the golf cart which is a great way to access the beach. The host is quick to respond to any question you may have. I had a couple of questions and they were answered in less than 5 minutes! Would we stay there again? Absolutely yes!!!

Kelsey’s place is fantastic and she is a great host. Kelsey went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and even went out of her way to make sure there was extra focus on the cleaning because I voiced that my son has a dog allergy. My kids loved Kelsey’s place and especially the golf cart rides through the neighborhood and to the beach.

The beach house was very nice, and we loved its proximity to the beach. It was a plus that the house came with a golf cart we could use to get to the beach and to drive around the neighborhood. We would stay here again!

She gave us lots of helpful tips and was there for us every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Texas coast. All of the amenities including the hot tub, golf cart, and waffle maker, as well as the beauty of the house both inside and out spoke for itself and made our stay that much better! We would definitely stay here again and again and hope to be back sometime soon! Amazing place!

We absolutely loved this house! It was so clean and decorated super cute. Being just far enough from the main strip meant we could actually hear the ocean at night — such a treat! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and it truly felt like home. It fit all 7 of us (plus our pups) perfectly and comfortably. The amenities were awesome too — from the golf cart to the hot tub, and all the fun games we played together as a family. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

What a lovely place! The attention to detail from the waffle maker in the kitchen to the beautifully decorated home, Kelsey made our stay comfortable and enjoyable! We had plenty of blankets, pillows and a great starter kit! The house manual had lots of details about the home and the area. It was super helpful! The location was perfect, far enough away from the pier to be private and cozy and close enough to drive in every day if we wanted! The golf cart made it easy to get to the beach and added a touch of fun! It was our first visit to Galveston and we had such a great time, we hope to return again soon!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Galveston with my family! Everything was just as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The space had a warm, welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home. One of our favorite parts was the jacuzzi—it was the perfect way to unwind and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was great for exploring the area, and the whole experience was relaxing and memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

This was perfect. it was close enough to the attractions but far enough away that the beach was not crowded, and it was peaceful and quiet. The house had everything we needed. It was well equipped and the coffee/waffle bar was a nice touch. It was absolutely spotless and the decor was perfect. The hot tub was great, and the golf cart made it easy to go to and from the beach when we needed it.

Kelsey’s beach house was a delightful stay! The comfortable beds and thoughtful bath bombs left after a long day at the beach were a real treat. The hot tub was an absolute gem! We started our mornings with delicious waffles from the well-stocked waffle bar, and coffee was always available. The clean rooms and spacious upstairs balcony added to the overall charm of the house. Kelsey’s prompt responses to any questions I had made the experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning to Kelsey’s beach house in the future!

The house is very nice and well maintained. It’s in a good location with great views and easy access to the beach. The spa downstairs is a very nice addition to the property. We used it several times. The owner was great to work with and was very proactive to make sure we were having a good time. We will definitely return!

Great overall visit at this Airbnb. Close to the gulf and easy to get around. A little far from the Seawall area but that was okay as it was a relaxing area. Nice amenities overall and perfect space for our family.

This was a very lovely home. Very clean and neat. Kelsey was in constant communication with me to make sure things were going well. I didn’t have to ask many questions because she provided clear instructions on what to do from check-in to check-out. I would definitely book this place again.

Our family loved staying at the Peacock Cabana. Things we loved: beach house, location, privacy, having our dog with us, golf cart. The beach was very quiet (could have been because it was December). We appreciated being outside of Galveston, just close enough to get food, but far enough away for peace and quiet. We loved having access to the golf cart. Kelsey was so kind and quick to respond. The beach house is a perfect space, and we loved the waffle bar- had everything we needed to just enjoy our time and not have to worry with getting supplies for breakfast. We plan on being back! Would love to experience the place in the summer months, although December was great! Thank you for making us feel at home and giving us a wonderful break at the beach!

Kesley was a SUPERHOST! There was a coffee bar with anything you might need to put in your coffee! she also had waffle mix on the counter with instructions!!! it was a cute set up and we were really impressed. There are also dog treats in the pantry for our dog we brought. Also there was a dog blanket!! Bath bombs were provided for the tub upstairs. Kelsey thinks of everything you might need for a more comfortable stay!! The golf cart was amazing and allowed us to go to the beach more often!!! vs if we didn't have access to a golf cart. Everything was perfect. I would book with this host again!!!

It was a cold weekend but this house made up for it with the awesome hot tub and fire place in the home!

We rented this property because they accept dogs. Great location; comfortable beds; nice kitchen; and better laundry than our home. We did donate a silicone spatula, and a couple of cooking spoons. But that was a must as we cooked a full Thanksgiving Dinner for the family. Communication was great. Will rent this property again.

Super clean, lots of amenities and great location. This house feels as clean and fresh as a 4- or 5-star hotel. Every bed in the unit had fresh linens and pillows. Tons of extras like coffee station, waffle bar, outdoor games and even a golf cart! Our family of 6 had a great time! I wish more rentals were exactly like this one.

This property is across the highway from the beach, but has great views. The property is in great shape and has plenty of amenities. Would recommend!

This house is spotless and perfect for a beach vacation. They have everything you need! The waffle station was super fun for my 14yr old! Appreciate TVs in all the bedrooms since it got rainy and cold ! Seriously a beautiful home where I would definitely stay again!

Location, Location, Location!! Views of the gulf and super easy to get around with included golf cart. Quick spin to the beach or tooling around the neighborhood to get an awesome view of the Sunset! Everything you need for a peaceful stay. Weber gas grill with cast iron grates was an added plus to sear steaks. Waffle bar was an added plus. Definitely would stay here again.

We spent just a few nights, but everything was lovely. The house was clean and well equipped (the only thing I wanted that wasn’t there was Tupperware). The coffee bar and waffle bar were lovely additions. We also appreciated the welcome gifts- sunscreen, chapstick, sunglasses, and bath bombs. The outside area was lovely and had tons of activities for to keep us entertained. My daughter loved the giant connect four. The golf cart was in new condition and got us to the public beach access quickly. We brought our dog and the property was perfect for pets. There were bowls for food and water, dog treats, and an enclosed, gated area to let them potty. Communication was prompt and clear. We loved the property and would stay there again!

I would definitely consider renting again. At this price range I would usually be looking for beach front homes but amenities are great for a rental. Having a complementary golf cart to bring your stuff to the beach makes up for not being beach front. Apple Maps brought me to the wrong house but within the same neighborhood and they have such a good description of the house online that I found it within a couple minutes of realizing the maps were not accurate. Kelsey is great at responding within the hour of any questions. I appreciated the well run operation.

Nice quiet neighborhood of Indian Beach. Easy access to beach across the main road via car, golf cart, or walking. Away from touristy Galveston. Well maintained home, nicely stocked kitchen, clean bathrooms, garage stocked with beach games & golf cart. Very comfortable mattress provides good sleep. Galveston beaches are having increased levels of tar balls washing up on beach; hope the city initiates clean up soon.

The house is beautiful and worth the high price tag. Some of the supplies were low or out, but it was a positive experience overall. I would go back

Great space for families just a stones throw from Jamaica Beach! We really enjoyed the convenience of the golf cart and all the included beach amenities!

Our stay was comfortable and easy. Directions to the property, and how how to access it were clear. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. There’s a grocery store nearby for necessities. There’s beautiful views of the water from both decks. There’s also shade from the afternoon sun so that you can enjoy the breeze. Very close to the beach! Loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the peacock cabana. The furnishings and decor were even nicer in person than in the pictures. Loved the little extra touches like the waffle bar, the dog treats/bowls, & the coffee bar. The golf cart to get to the beach was a huge bonus and one of the reasons we chose this house! Also loved that there were plenty of beach towels and outdoor games & toys for the kiddos. Kelsey was super responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful , well furnished home. AC works great. Lots for kids to do. Games , grill , paddle boards , toys. I would stay here again for sure. The highway between this house and the beach has quite a bit of traffic so just be aware it’s not beachfront. You will need to drive your vehicle but then a fairly short walk . There is a golf cart but after one trip in it Thursday , we decided there was too much traffic for it to be safe. The kitchen has great cooking supplies and dishes. A BEAUTIFUL home. This home was beautiful and we had a great time. Having the golf cart was such a convenience too. There was great space all around to do a variety of things. It was great to bring our dog too. There were dog bowls and even treats for our little buddy. The waffle bar was a hit with our whole group! And having the Keurig coffee bar was very nice. Great kitchen supplies, we cooked every night! I would definitely stay here again. Kelsey quickly responded to any questions. Things to note that weren’t clearly stated: You only get 2 rolls of toilet paper and a certain number of trash bags, no Kleenex and such. Not a big deal but it wasn’t noted in the instructions, only stated that there was a starter kit provided but did not list items. We had 9 people and had to make another run to the store for those items.

We really enjoyed this home! It was prettier than the pictures, and beach access was a breeze with the golf cart (although without toddlers, it would also be an easy walk!!!). Kelsey was extraordinarily responsive, and when we had a small issue with the AC, she was proactive and communicative in getting it resolved. I think it’s the best compliment to say we’ll be back, and we definitely will. The description doesn’t do it justice. Really a great, quiet spot perfect for families.

Kelsey is super sweet and communicated well with us. The check in process was smooth and easy and she did an amazing job making the home super cozy. My family enjoyed it and we had a blast, there’s plenty activities (games, beach toys, outdoor games, an many more) for the kids to play with and that was a plus for me! This home was absolutely beautiful and we greatly enjoyed having our pets with us as they are our family. We are glad they accommodated us with 2 dogs and one of them being a giant breed. The home was clean and inviting and had everything we needed including spices and oils to cook with. The use of the golf cart was so much fun as we drove to the beach and around the neighborhood. It was restful, peaceful, and very comfortable. We would most definitely recommend this place and would like to stay again.

Kelsey's home is as advertised, and a great location. We appreciated being so close to an uncrowded beach, away from the mass of people in Galveston, but close enough to drive in for meals. The home was well-appointed and spacious. And Kelsey was very responsive and friendly.

It was a vacation to remember. It started off great! We got settled into the house and loved it! It was big enough to fit all of us. Cold weather soon interrupted our stay. Temperatures reached below freezing throughout the night. We did not know and were not advised that it would get to this point while on our stay. Kelsey is very responsive host but did not give us any heads up about the temperatures as well as the precautionary measures to take. This led to the pipes freezing overnight. Kelsey helped us after we encountered this problem, she sent over a team member to fix the issue. While we were out, Kelsey calls that a pipe had been burst after the team member was fixed the issue. Soon after, we received news that we had to take our belongings out of the house due to a leak and it affected the electrical system as well. Kelsey was quick to find us another place to stay. Unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy the house as we intended to but grateful that Kelsey helped us!

We had an absolutely amazing weekend get away with our family! The host Kelsey was fabulous, exceptional, very sweet, understanding and very communicative. It was very easy to get into the house. Fully equipped with everything with very sweet thoughtful touches through out the house. Very clean and cozy. It had to be one of the most equipped homes we have Airbnb’d.And views of the ocean and the breeze were amazing. Easy access to the beach which is more private and very nice. Several spots laid out in the house really well to just relax and sip on coffee or a drink and enjoy the sound of the waves and the ocean breeze. The house is beautiful and very well kept! We felt right at place and really has a wonderful time! We will definitely be back soon! Thank you Kelsey, for being such a wonderful host!

A sparkling clean, beautiful home in the wonderful Indian Beach neighborhood. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing Thanksgiving stay. We used the coffee and waffle bar every morning. The golf cart was such a treat, and my kids loved playing cornhole and wiffle ball in the green space. It was so nice to be able to bring our pup, too - and the place was so clean you’d never know any pets had ever been there! Truly a great stay with a fantastic and helpful host!

We booked our stay here on very short notice after our cruise plans got cancelled by a hurricane in Florida. This home is everything Kelsey advertised it to be: in a great location, very well maintained, and with a gracious (yet unseen) hostess! The golf cart for trips to the beach across the street was an added bonus. The home is well-appointed with all the necessary items, and more! The furnished coffee pods, waffle maker, chocolates and bath bombs put it over the top. Thank you, Kelsey! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an amazing time at Kelsey's beautiful beach house! We enjoyed taking the golf cart down to the beach. This is a great time of year because we basically had the beach to ourselves and the weather was perfect. I highly recommended renting Kelsey's beach house this time of year.

Peacock Cabana was a fabulous retreat for me! First, it is exactly as pictured both inside and out, set one block back from the oceanfront beach houses, with ocean views from both floors. Beach access is super easy--just one block down and straight across the road, with a wooden boardwalk on the beach to safely reach the water. The master suite is private as it is the only accommodation upstairs and the bed is wonderful! The tub is amazing, too--something right out of Restoration Hardware--Kelsey left bath bombs for the tub which was a lovely surprise. The master suite opens onto its own private balcony which is perfect for sipping tea at both sunrise and sunset. The main floor is cozy, with two other bedrooms, and a foldout couch. I did use them when coworkers came for a 3-day conference and everyone raved about the beach cottage and how comfortable the beds were. The washer and dryer are better than my own (and mine are very nice). I especially liked the little welcoming treats---Chardonnay in the fridge, chocolate truffles on the dining table, more truffles were upstairs in the master bathroom, some extra sunglasses, a Keurig machine, and more. I definitely recommend Peacock Cabana to anyone wanting a cozy beach cottage on lovely Indian Beach.

This place was wonderful! Super clean and comfortable. Gorgeous ocean views. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Lovely surprises left for us by our hosts who seemed to think of everything. We will definitely be back!

This house was amazing!! Kelsey’s place was even better than the photos. It was incredibly clean, had comfortable beds, good A/C, SO many towels, and everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals. She also included a lot of extras, like a coffee and waffle bar, toys and boogie boards for the beach, detergent and dish washing pods; she really had everything covered so we could just relax! It was also so nice that the beach doesn’t allow cars; less to worry about with little kids running around. The golf cart was definitely a must to get to the beach, it would have been a long walk with gear otherwise. However, there is street parking right next to beach access point, so it was really easy to zip on over and park close! The patios are fully covered, which was great when we experienced a little bit of rain. Kelsey was also great at responding quickly when we had some questions about locating things in the house. It was truly an amazing stay, and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood . Bed is comfortable and bathroom is spacious . I highly recommend if you want a place to relax and enjoy the beach . Perfect getaway from the busy city life .

We had the best stay at Kelsey’s! The house was incredible and we all felt so comfortable and at home. The layout is fantastic and the beds are amazing. The master bath felt like a spa. The best thing is the proximity to what was a very sparsely used beach with access to tons of beach toys. This gave our six year old plenty to do on his first visit to salt water and he’s hooked. 11/10 would absolutely stay again! Kelsey is an amazing host and super communicative and responsive. We had everything we needed and more!

Kelsey is a great host. Her house is beautiful and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for an amazing experience. The location is close to the beach and it’s so easy to access the beach with her golf card. We had such a good time. Highly recommended.

We had such a lovely stay in Kelsey's beautiful home. The home is as listed - beautifully decorated, clean and with lots of fun beach accessories. There are lots of beach towels, toys, boogie boards, chairs and even kayaks which she gave us permission to use! The golf cart was an amazing asset too even though the beach is a very short walk across the main road. Kelsey has included some really thoughtful touches including the fixings for waffle bar, abundant coffee supplies and a sweet welcome basket. If you plan to cook in a lot, I'd recommend bringing dishwashing tabs and extra garbage bags. I also brought my own laundry detergent which I didn't need but was glad I had. Highly recommend this beautiful space and it's wonderful Host, Kelsey. Go enjoy the beach! If you haven't yet been to Indian Beach it is perfect for families - quiet and clean and generally not crowded.

We had so much fun! We actually chose this spot because of the location. We traveled from Kansas to spread a loved ones ashes in the beautiful Texas ocean and the house was the cherry on top! Had lots of fun items to use on the beach as well as a golf cart to get to and from the beach! The view sitting out on the private balcony or the balcony below it are both beautiful!! 5 stars all they way! Will definitely choose this spot again when we make another trip to Galveston!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beach home. The home was very easy to find and access. It's a very short 2-minute walk to the beach - we just cut across the backyard, crossed the 'highway' and there was a beach access point right there - so very very convenient. The golf cart was unfortunately out of commission during our stay but we didn't need it at all (BTW, the owner offered alternatives but it wasn't needed). The beach itself was a dream - very private and not crowded. No cars allowed on the beach so the kids were able to runaround without worry. The home was extremely comfortable. There are 3 rooms - a king-bed master suite which takes up the whole upstairs, a king-bed room and a full-bed-with-trundle downstairs. The master suite was a dream with a beautiful bathroom and an extra AC so it stayed super comfortable during the hot days. One thing to consider is the full-bed downstairs is on risers (to allow for the trundle) so it's a higher sleep situation. The living room sofa also converts to a bed for extra sleeping accommodations. The kitchen was very clean and well-stocked with cooking utensils, cups, plates, etc - we cooked every night with no problem. I would recommend bringing a few extra trash bags just in case - felt like we could use a few more by the end of the stay. For any thing you need to stock up on, there's a corner store down the street with groceries and supplies. We were also so grateful for the 'kid' inclusions (stroller, pack n play, kid gate). We didn't bring a stroller with us but made a last minute decision to head to Moody Gardens so the provided stroller was a godsend. I would not hesitate to book this home again. The owner was very available to us, and worked hard to make our experience the very best. We will definitely be back.

Entire place was clean, owner was easy to communicate with, beds were very comfortable, walkable distance to the beach but used the golf cart most of the time which was a nice additional convenience. Our family of six had a comfortable stay. Would certainly stay again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐AS ADVERTIZED - perfect family stay. Not only was the space more beautiful than advertised, Kelsey was an outstanding host. Very responsive and helpful for anything I needed before and during the stay. I have stayed in Galveston many times before and all my Airbnb's were basically like fishing camps - old, small and kinda beat up. Kelsey has a VERY nice home. My wife loved the complimentary treats, toiletries and modern design. This is basically a new construction home. The kids LOVED the ride to the beach in the golf cart, all the beach toys, board games and complimentary Netflix. MY favorite was sitting on our balconies with a cocktail looking and listening to the ocean, just relaxing with the family. On the ride home we actually decided to make this our "second home"…. our family vacation home often WITHOUT the mortgage! 😎 Thank you again, Kelsey, for making your home feel like our home.

WOW! We loved everything about our stay. Kelsey was amazing and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The location was awesome, the views amazing, the beach house stunning. We’ll definitely be staying here again and again. And everything you could need is there. Kelsey thought of everything, down to baby must-haves. The beds were super comfy too!

What a dream house. Every aspect of our stay was incredible. The home was immaculate, the view was better than most 2nd and 3rd row homes. Indian beach is the best kept secret of the west side. Kelsey was so communicative throughout our stay and she responded within an hour or less. The home had everything that we needed from a complimentary waffle bar, kcups for a week, towels, beach toys, grill with propane, and games for the house. The decor was beautiful and nautical. Seriously cannot speak higher for this house. We are all excited to make it back to Kelsey’s place.

We absolutely loved the property. The property owner has great communication from the time You book until you check out, and is easy to reach if you have any questions. The house was just as pictured inside and out. We could see and hear the beach through the houses across the street. Wonderful property “extras” golf cart use, stocked coffee bar, waffle bar(my son loved this so much) , a gifted bottle of wine on the table. We were very pleased with the stay and would be happy to rent again.

This property is amazing! Great location & views, clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and well appointed with everything we needed to have a fun, relaxing and unforgettable family weekend. We were a family of 5 adults with 1 & 4 yr old grandkids. Shaun is just the nicest host. He made sure we had all the information we needed to enter the property hassle-free and to make our stay most comfortable. The gift basket was an unexpected treat! My family and I stayed here and it was absolutely the best from our 1st day til our last. Shaun was great with any questions we had he responded super fast. The GhostHawk was a lot of fun and made getting anywhere super easy! There is a ton to do from catching ghost crabs on the beach at night to going to watch the dolphins close to the port or going to the Strand to go shopping. We loved this place and would highly recommend this rental to anyone. Thanks for a great place to make some amazing memories!

We had a great trip to Indian Beach. The home was very nice and fit our needs quite well. Three adults, one 13 year old, and one three year old comprised our party and the property was more than accommodating. Shaun, the property owner, exhibited great communication before arrival, during our stay, and after departure. Shaun even went so far to provide us with a NICE welcome gift. If you like a new, nice, clean house with a great host - pick Shaun and this property.
