What are your check-in and check-out times?

Our check-in starts at 4pm and check-out at 10am. To ensure that we have enough time to clean the property we ask you not to extend these times. Please reach out to us at info@mistrpm.com to see if we are able to make any special accommodations. Depending on availability, we may have packages available.

Is parking available on-site

Yes, we offer on-site parking facilities, making it convenient and hassle-free for you to park your vehicle and have peace of mind throughout your vacation. No need to worry about finding a parking spot!

What amenities are provided in the rental

Our rental properties are equipped with a wide range of amenities to enhance your stay. You can expect amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor patio, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and streaming TVs in each bedroom. Feel free to review the property description or contact us for specific amenities provided in the rental.

What is the cancelation policy?

Ninety-seven percent (97%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued to ensure our homes are available for other guests who may need accommodations.

How do I use my coupon?

If you have a valid coupon, find your preferred home and dates then include your coupon code in your inquiry (don't worry, you won't be charged anything). We'll apply valid coupons and send you a quote. After viewing and approving your quote, your booking will be all set!
